she just installed a new battery in it, and everything was working fine, and it may just be a coincidence and unrelated to the new battery, but now the phone wont turn on all the way, it gets stuck on the screen that says "samsung galaxy S III" !?!
i tried to boot into recovery mode, but when it gets to that same part, it restarts it self and if i try recovery mode again it gets caught in a boot loop untill i no longer try to use recovery mode.
please help me !!!
