Help htc one e8 m8st ruu ! !!

Hi everyone,
I am encountering these an issue with my htc one e8
OpenDSP invalid_ver_info plus radio
I tried to flash Ruu with sd external card ,
But nothing ,sometimes it says invalid ID or wrong
And tried another time it says no image or wrong image. !
I am confused, if someone can help me that issue I will be grateful
