I've bought recently this adapter on Amazon:
Ugreen USB 2.0 to 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet Wired Network Adapter with OTG, Compatible with Windows 8.1/8/7/XP/Vista, Mac OS X, Chrome OS and Some Android Devices
Part of dmesg is this:

Apparently it's correctly recognized, but I have no idea how to get it working (connect My LG G2 D802 to internet via Wired LAN instead of WiFi). I've tested it with Windows 7 and Ubuntu and works perfectly. Also it claims to work with specific Android devices out of the box:
