I am trying to update the software of my phone, but when I go into setting and have the phone search for an update it always says service unavailable. I would prefer to set it up so that that option works if possible but if not can I plug the phone into a computer to update it? And if I have to do that should I download an AT&T, Verizon, or some kind of default update file.
