I rooted my phone not long back (maybe like a month ago?). I put it back to stock firmware, relocked bootloader with flashtool, got all the new updates, everything was fine.
I then try to use snapchats front camera, and its extremely sluggish. So I use the standard sony camera app to see if it was snapchat, and the camera was working just fine.
When I use the camera sometimes, there are green lines accross the screen. I must of factory reset it like 10 times now? Tried using Xperia Companion, no luck
Also, the official camera app, when switching to record, it lags out completely, and just wont move for like 15 seconds, and then another 15 seconds.
I've tried contacting sony via web chat, and they told me it was a hardware issue. I was thinking the camera is fine in the stock app, so why is it doing it in third party apps like snapchat?
But then again, I am experiencing issues with the recording function in the official camera app.
I'm not sure if I didnt flash it correctly or something, or used a really bad rom?
I've reset it multiple times though. Can anyone suggest anything? I'm selling it soon due to a new phone and didnt want to list it with "camera is broke"
Many thanks.
