newbie cant find device finder, help pls

i have a moto e first gen but i cannot find the device finder as the introductory email advised me to put my device in the device finder.
I came here with another problem that I posted on another thread, hoping someone can help, phone just went useless on me.
anyway bye for now, if someone can point me toward device finder id be happy thanks.
