Hello,
Something odd has happened to my Galaxy S6. I had it in my pocket for maybe 30 minutes and when I fished it out all the colours were gone. Weird. I saw that the battery was down to 14%, so I figured it was probably related to battery saving. Not so. Charged to 60%, no difference.
I also noticed that all my apps were gone, all that is left is Contact, Google, Internet, Messages, Phone, Settings and Telenor (my network provider).
Under settings, everything is gone apart from Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Flight mode, Mobile networks, Locations, Sounds and vibration and Brightness. The quick access menu on the top is also gone.
I have no idea what's happened, but I've guessed (based on no knowledge) that either the phone's storage has been compromised.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Stian
