cant flash anything with odin

So i was on miui rom, and i wanted to go back to stock all new and everything, and now when i want to flash a whole new firmware, let's say german one, i put it in odin, usb debugging on, and everything, like i did it 100 times before, and it starts and finishes without any errors, but then just drops me back to miui, it didn't errase anything nor flash the firmware...
