Need help to reinstall OS

Hi, I booted into the recovery mode of my Samsung Galaxy A3 SM-A310F and formatted all data, including the OS. now I need help to reinstall the OS. I don't think I can boot into the recovery mode any longer, only into the download mode. Can anyone help me? Thanks
