Honor 9 Now Available for Pre-order in the UK for £379.99

Huawei's sub-brand Honor officially announced its newest flagship, the Honor 9, just earlier this month. Up until now, the smartphone was only available in its home country China but now the company is bringing its flagship to other markets as well.

If you're residing in the UK, you can now pre-order the Honor 9. The device is available for pre-order from Amazon UK for a starting price of £379.99 — only the blue color option is available for pre-order at the moment. Not all variants of the Honor 9 are available for pre-order right now, though; the one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage is the only variant you can pre-order on Amazon UK at the moment. It's not clear at the time being if the higher specced variants of Honor 9 (6GB RAM and/or 128GB storage) will also be available in the UK later on or they're restricted to select markets only.

The Honor 9 is a successor to last year's Honor 8. The latest flagship from Honor features a 5.15-inch Full HD display, an in-house Kirin 960 SoC, 20MP + 12MP dual rear cameras and 12MP front camera, 3,100 mAh non-removable battery, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and comes running Android 7.0 out-of-the-box, with EMUI 5.1 on top.

For the time being, Amazon listing of the device isn't showing the estimated shipping date, however, you can expect the pre-orders to start shipping out soon after the Honor 9's Europe launch — which will likely take place on June 27 in Berlin.
